Hello! I am Yashobanta Dash. 


FITNESS WRITER | MENTAL HEALTH ADVOCATE

I am a fitness writer and mental health advocate. I  share my thoughts and learning about fitness and mental health for your benefit.  Writing is my passion, so I feel grateful whenever I post something on those subjects! Fitness has been my passion since I was in high school. Since then, I have kept exercising and researching fitness and nutrition. I have been writing about fitness and nutrition for a few years now. Some of my friends who got transformed physically by my help suggested that I start with a fitness and health blog. In my final year of graduation, I jumped from writing journals to blogging.


You will be surprised to know that until last year of my graduation, I did not know what is the utility of a blog! The only motivation that dragged me to writing every time was the thought of the success of others with my help.


That was all about fitness writing. You would be surprised to know that many people know about physical health, but are unaware of mental health. I started writing about mental health because I have suffered a lot from anxiety and depression myself. Many people like me are struggling with this day in and day out. Hence, I deliberated on conveying to others through my armament (writing) about mental health to unanimously break the stigma attached to it. You will also come to know how mind and body are related and reciprocate to each other. Don’t miss out!


We know how important it is to stay fit physically and mentally in this fast-paced world, but we take little or no real steps to face and tackle these health issues. Later, we realize that it is too late to revert and correct. Before storms come, we have to make a home! I will be helping you in staying fit physically as well as mentally. Always remember that you are not alone!


 I will share everything relevant to physical fitness and mental health in my blog. You don’t need to worry as you will get all information backed by scientific study and research. Your friend is there to help you. Hang loose and let your friend show you how to fish! Be updated and stay fit!
